Left for San Francisco during the summer of 72 to attend The Academy of Art College to be a sculptor after being inspired by Dr Lolli's sculpture class.
While in S.F. I also attended the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) where I studied under Dr. Haridas Chauduri the former chair of the Philosophy Department of Krishnagar College in Bengal. Dr Chauduri was recommended by Indian yogi Sri Aurobindo to set up the new academy of integral yoga upon the invitation of Professor Frederick Spiegelberg to join him and Alan Watts in S.F. I'm a second generation Mk-Ultra survivor who uses my unique inside perspective to uncover and document the evidence to prove Mk-Ultra was a covert social engineering cold war project that promoted psychedelics for a spiritual awakening (only to be sidelined by more conventional spiritual belief systems). In combination with narcotics and other dangerous drugs to target progressives and civil rights activists.
Thus, Mk-Ultra influenced our entire generation making us all survivors ~!~
I've chronicled the evidence to detail how a my Italian mob connected family was coerced during the McCarthy Era into donating my father- a progressive WWII Veteran- for psycho-active drug torture experiments at the Canandaigua Veteran's Hospital in exchange for control of his V.A. disability payments invested into US Savings Bonds. Followed by the unwitting subjugation of myself in follow-up psychological torture/medical experimentation via the N.Y.S. Juvenile Family Court system in the late 1960's. The evidence shows my family was then allowed to embezzlement/launder those US Savings Bonds in 1972 valued at one million dollars during the Nixon Era, which was used in 1978 to construct Samuel's Grande Manor.

I've followed this money trail to expose the links between these Mk-Ultra experiments and the Buffalo Sicilian Mafia as a key factor for proving the C.I.A's culpability in the emergence of the counter-culture/drug war targeting minorities, progressives and student activists as the modus operandi for the usurpation by the right- post JFK. One of my research objectives is focusing on this CIA/Mafia & FBI alliance to establish the underlying motive for Nixon's premier W.N.Y. Organized Crime Strike Force created by DOJ's Robert Dolan Peloquin & Henry Peterson under AG Ramsey Clark, 1967-69. Whereas this motive was to act as a cover for covert CIA sanctioned drug trafficking by the W.N.Y. Magaddino Crime Syndicate.
Another of my research objectives is focusing on this CIA/Mafia & FBI alliance to establish the underlying motive for the CIA in using Local 210 member/FBI & CIA Informant Ronald Fino a SUNY at Buffalo Student -whose father Joe was mob capo- to infiltrate the Students for a Democratic Society in the late 1960's (as revealed in the Buffalo News 2/2/89). Whereas this motive was to act as provocateur to neutralize SDS on the mob-drugged SUNY at Buffalo campus in the press.

The authorities must not refuse to consider and must act on information family members and others have come forward to provide and are willing to provide to atone for the severe injustice my family were led into by government agents who used my father and myself for cruel and inhumane medical/psychological experimentation.
Assist. U.S. Attorney Richard D. Kaufman who I've known since 1985 and who has been provided detailed documentation of my work since that time, in a 2/8/07 letter wrote, "I can say Mr. Iannaccone is one of the most driven investigators that I have ever encountered, has self taught himself how to present and argue a case in court and is quite capable of applying himself to other issues in our community where his help would serve the interests of justice"
As pro se litigator I took one of my cases to the US Supreme Court in an attempt to be the first pro se in U.S. History to get compensated for my legal work as the prevailing party against a government agency by overturning Kay v. Ehrler, 499 U.S. 432 (1991) after I won over 100K in the courts below by prevailing twice before the US Court of Appeals.

A very important case I intend to finalize is to compel Erie Co. Medical Center to abide by a court order for the release of the chemical composition of an injection by head neurologist Bernard H. Smith, M.D. administered to me, where the evidence of the case history proves the injection was most likely legitimate/recorded military research in genetic mutation causing FSH Muscular Dystrophy in my son, Wm Sol Iannaccone. And where other minor subjects were most likely approved for similar research by the board of ECMC via obtaining consent from an illiterate parent.
