Welcome SAVANNA 1974 Rebels!
You have reached the website of our 50th Class Reunion!
We have been busy living our daily lives for the past 50 years while continuing our education, working, playing, maybe raising a family, maybe helping our parents live out the rest of their lives, and just being so busy that we don’t think about the dear friendships we made growing up in school. Our lives are so busy that reconnecting is put on the back burner and we think we have plenty of time to do that next week, next month, or next year.
Many of us have spent the first 13 years of our education with the same core group of people who witnessed us figuring out our way through our school, observed us having our best days and our worst days, and who experienced with us the pains of growing up and maturing into the young adults we were at 17 to 18 years old.
Savanna Class of 1974 Reunion Mission Statement:
Friends are Forever! To reconnect, remember and share cherished memories, and establish new relationships while building ongoing connections with our friends from school.
Savanna Class of 1974 Reunion Goals:
- Most important of all goals is to make sure every class member receives an invitation to each Reunion
- Reach out to all members of the class through multiple platforms to update their contact information
- Encourage class members to establish a presence on Class Creator and be mindful of the importance to keep their information current going forward
- Keep class members aware of and up to date on Reunions
- Determine a location for Reunions that are fiscally feasible
- Establish and guide committees that will support Reunions
- Plan and execute Reunion agendas
- Provide a safe place for alums to gather and have fun
Please remember we don’t want to measure ourselves with one another, we want to share with others who we have become today and what we have experienced in life. We want to always respect each other wherever each person’s life has taken them. We are here to love one another and lift each other up in where ever we are in our station of life.
