Lisa Shipley (Wise) What is the dress code for the reunion? It would be nice if it was casual..but it is also nice to dress up once in a while. So just wondering....

Dress Code... I'm on the fence, truthfully. I will probably be in some type of semi formal attire. Jacket, slacks - maybe a tie that I will eventually loosen. Any suggestions?

Hi Traci, I was not aware of a reunion gathering this past summer - though with Facebook, I know they are organized frequently. The timing of your post couldn't have been any better as I will be updating reunion details this week! I have been speaking to the reunion committee of Edgewood's Class of 1994 to organize a combined reunion - 20 and 25 years - at Paris Caterers (www.paris-caterers.com) in Blackwood.

I am simply waiting to hear back from our Reunion Committee to see if this is an idea worth pursuing.

Chris,

Normally, I am open to combining efforts and cutting costs.

In this case, I would prefer to keep the reunions separate. Also, Nov. 7 is my daughter's birthday and it is a milestone birthday. She will become a teenager. I do not want to slight her on her special day.

I understand that there may be others who wish to have the combined reunion.

I prefer to have it separate. It is a special reunion for our class and it deserves to be the central focus. Just a thought.

Hi Guys- Sorry about the low response for the reunion this year. Do we want to pick a place and still get together? We can try one of the restaurant/bars in the area.... There is a side room at Winslow Diner- one at Villari's (I think....), and I am trying to think of where else.... I'm sure we can find a place---- thoughts?

Chris, can you reconsider the originally suggested date for the reunion (last week in November)? Some did not like the idea of a shared reunion. Therefore, they did not rsvp.

Also, the Nov. 7 date did not work for me and others. I do not believe that there is a lack of interest on everyone's part. There may have been more interest if our reunion was separate and on a later date.

Just a thought. Please reconsider another date and a separate reunion.
