I hadn't realized that Kenny had been killed serving our country while fighting in Vietnam, til I viewed a site of Indiana servicemen killed in the Vietnam War. Our Aurora class of 1964 will always be very proud that Kenny was a part of our class. We will always remember and be grateful for his valiant service and ultimate sacrifice. Rest in honorable peace, Kenny.

Kenny was born 7/28/1946 and was a casualty of war on 7/29/1967, one day after his 21st birthday. He was serving in the Navy aboard the USS Forrestal which had only been in the Gulf of Tolkien for 4 1/2 days when a accidental firing of a Zuni rocket started a fire & explosion killing 135 aboard.                                Kenny had married Donna Lozier on Christmas Eve 1966. He is buried in River View cemetery with his parents Faith and Harold Lozier.   Kenny's name can be found on the Vietnam War Memorial, panel/row: 24E, 33.
