TWO VERY IMPORTANT THINGS:

1)  When you've completed your profile, scroll ALL the way to the bottom and hit the "SAVE" button. 
 

2)  We will then email you a list of verification questions.  YOU MUST RETURN the verification questionnaire.  Please answer as many of the questions as you can, we realize you won't know and or remember all the answers, but the more you answer, the easier it is for us to complete the process. We will send several emails, however, if none are returned, you will be denied further access to the website and potentially removed.  Please feel free to hit the "Contact Us" tab if you'd like to reapply.
