What did you think you were going to do when you finished your education?

Pretty much what I am doing - seeking interesting and enjoyable pursuits.

What have you been up to lately? What's filling your time now?

I work for The Bride now.

We just moved to Tucson. She has things to do ~ many, many things to do.

Finally, after 40 years, the medical bunch found a treatment for my acute sleep apnea. - a central vent breathing machine, copious amounts of natural sleep-inducing herbs and calming meds for restless leg syndrome. Even so, sleep remains elusive.

What are your Favorite Memories from Elementary School, Mid-High or High School?

I recently visited Yuma, as it is winter. I was sitting in a lounge [drinking coffee]. A gentleman I'd say around my age came in. He had a freshly trimmed mustache and neat haircut. He was dressed in an immaculate light blue leisure suit with white patent leather shoes. He spotted a similarly older lady at the bar and slid up onto the stool next to her. Leaning over, he asked her, "Say, do I come here often"?

What would we be surprised to know about you?

I worked in Red China in the 90s. I witnessed 120+ mph winds and 70+ foot seas in the North Sea. I have two law degrees and wrote health care policy for a living.

I've written several books that are published on Amazon.

What are your hobbies, interests, activities, etc.? What is keeping you busy?

Geneology, research, photography, carving - when the mood strikes, trading in machinery.

Do you have any URL (website addresses) that are significant to you? Please include a description of why.

Have you ever witnessed an honest to goodness miracle or seen an angel? Tell us about it.

Yes.

What did you always wanted to do that you haven't done yet?

Still a work in progress. Prospect in Arizona.

To save a story for younger generations about what life was like when you were young, what was different, what stories would you tell?

My brother and I discovered cartoons. We spent a summer on the Salmon River before the dams ruined the salmon run. The visual clarity at the Grand Canyon suffered from the coal plant providing power to Los Angeles. Because the Navajo had no schools, their children were forced into dormitories in Gallup. There was one gringo boy and girl in their class.

What are your most unusual interests, foods, hobbies?

I'm converting a free upright piano into a bar/display case.
I have 2 1970 Honda Trail 90 motorcycles. This is the bike my Mom wouldn't let me buy, even with my own money. I purchased 5 bikes to piece 2 together. Took 50+ years but I finally discovered why my Mother was so over protective (eg, she wouldn't let me ride a horse even though she was raised on a ranch).

I was looking for pics of your place in Atlanta. Heard it was an Architectural marvel.
The Dr. is now also giving me sedatives for sleep - I knew that 50 years ago.

Harris Hawk. The females take 2 male mates. They hunt together. Regarded by falconeers as the smartest hawk. Our home is the highest on the ridge. The hawks roost here daily.

Bear visitor to our home in New Mexco. The Bride is a Cal. Gurl - her idea of offroad was a driveway. She opened to garage side door to take out some trash an met a bear face to face.

Gotta be at the field by 5 am to see the balloons. In ideal conditions, hundreds of balloons launch and are able to travel south from the field, rise a few hundred feet and return to the north. They can repeat this loop. Albuquerque Balloon Festival.
