Hi everyone, I am thrilled to know that we are plannng to spend time together again without a big wait! Who ever imagined we'd be doing this at "60"? Janet: thank you, thank you.

I'm still at Westchester Community College where i've worked since grad. school. Unbelievable when i think about it! I've been extrememly fortunate to have a great President who's always encouraged me through the years; lending support whenever i wanted to administer new programs and special events -- so it's never gotten boring.

As a family, we've been lucky to have been able to travel quite a bit. (The NYS Bar Assn. and various College faculty Programs have really helped.) Our most recent was a trip to Egypt and, prior to that, a visit to Elizabeth in Edinborough, Scotland where she spent a study-abroad semester.

She's just graduated from Georgetown and is now job hunting. I really feel badly for these recent grads. It's hard out there.

Lauren has been working in NYC since law school at UVA. The hours are murder in these large firms with no time for a real life. Who knows what's next for her?

Well, I'm glad to say that we're mostly fine -- although chasing a new Golden Retriever puppy (long story) is exhausting Hope to see many of you next month! Love, Sue

What sticks out in my mind is the time in 1st grade when the teacher (Miss Muller) put Mike Shand in the closet. As i recall, this occurred becasue he was laughing so much and disrupting the class, it was an attempt to calm him down. Is my memory correct?
