Pat Angel's mother, Ruth Burkett passed away last Friday. Please keep Pat & her family in your thoughts and prayers. These are hard times when we lose our parents. The family has taken her for burial to Alabama.

Brenda, thanks for the time and effort putting all of this together. Vickie, we had a great neiborhood and it seems like you had a million parties at your house. Pat, I saw you in Clewiston when I lived there and for some reason we didn"t hardly speak! I can't wait to see all my old friends and I am going to put my shy bucket in the closet and talk about old time up until today. Pat, I think we won a dance conmtest once, what a blast. Gary Crews must not have been there. Ha! See everyone soon. Andy

Okay!! Two weeks to go until the reunion. Aren't we all getting excited? Well, the rogaine hasn't kicked in....and I haven't lost any weight.... I had really hoped to grow some hair and be thin by the reunion, but it just snuck up on me!! Is there such as thing as drive-thru liposuction?? Nah! Guess it's too late......LOL
Thanks again Brenda. Take care all and see you there!
Don't forget. Laugh today....even if it's at yourself!

Archie... Terry & Skip, Ann Thompson Booth & John, Paul & I, and Larry Hyslope will all be at the resort on Thursday. Let's meet up for dinner either at the resort or elsewhere. The resort always has something fun every Thursday night. Is anybody else coming in on Thursday?? If so, plan to join us in the lobby at the new I-Bar. The radio station says it's the "happening" place on Thursday nights....we could probably still show them a thing or two!!LOL

Brenda and all of our 67, 68 & 69 classmates, This weekend was great! thank you again Brenda for all of your hard work, the love you show all of us over and over by keeping us informed and planning our wonderful reunions. Ron has always felt I was lucky because of the childhood I had in Belle Glade, and now he understands it really is because of the wonderful people I grew up with. I really miss Florida and both Ron and I want to start coming back more often. We really need to have a informal get together within the next two years. Five years is just to long as we are getting older. I am going to put some ideas together about an online auction to raise some money for any of our classmates that have or may have medical problems and need a little help.If anyone has any ideas such as hotel's, restaurants, crafts, merchandise, spa treatments etc., we could offer some great things from different cities that classmates could enjoy or give as gifts. I am sure I could arrange a weekend in New Orleans with a dinner and I will even be a tour guide. It is just a thought and I feel those of us who are so blessed with good health should give a little back to our friends. Thanks again for everything Brenda, and to all who came to the reunion, God Bless, Love Joanne Harris campana

Hey everyone!! I just logged on to see if there were any postings about the reunion and I am so disappointed I had to miss it (again). I've heard wonderful stories about the great time everyone had. I was sure looking forward to playing golf with the golfers, but..... maybe I can attend the next one. Thanks to Brenda for all of her hard work to make this event happen and bring everyone together.

I have to agree with Joann Harris ... I think maybe be should get together in about 2 years... Maybe get a good Half point for everyone.... And we just get together and let Brenda have a rest ..... Somewhere like central Florida... And the plan about helping our classmates who are in bad health is a great plan... Joann if you need anything please let me know... I would love to help..
I know we that are in good health are so bless...

And we need to give back.... and help others..

See ya

WHAT A GREAT WEEKEND!! I am so sorry it had to end. I had so much fun being able to visit with almost everyone. The saddest thing about reunions is they are always too short. Everyone looked great and the friendship and love shown by all was so special. Ricky Henderson....I'm still NOT giving you my room number!LOL Let's start planning the next one soon!! Thanks everyone! Thanks for the flowers from my classmates...they are beautiful!

Brenda, you and your gang that put this together, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Everyone I talked with there moved me, it was such a special time. I think two years is a good time for this. Count us in to help in anyway we can.

What a great reunion! Words cannot express how wonderful it was to see all of my old friends. Thank you again, Brenda for all you have done, as well as your "helpers".
Thank you classmates for accepting me, "as is", even though I didn't lose the weight or grow hair liked I had so planned to do!!!LOL..LOL.
Seriously, thanks for accepting me in the winter of 1964 when I strolled into 7th grade as that fat, new kid. I was immediately accepted by all of you. For that, I am eternally grateful. I had attended 4 other schools that year, but knew I was "home" when I arrived at BG Jr. High. I could not have had better Jr. high and High school days. Glades folks are the best!
Let's continue to communicate until we meet again. Take care all, and remember....Life is a blast!.....Live it!
Oh! And don't forget....Laugh often, it makes us all look nicer.

Brenda,
What a fabulous weekend!!!! You did an incredible job of planning down to the last detail, and I am so very happy I was finally able to be a part of it. Time slipped away, and it felt like going home again. Catching up with old friends and reconnecting was so special. I didn't want the weekend to end and spent time crying as I unpacked.
Kathryn and I feel the same way Joanne does - 5 years is too long. If something formal doesn't work, then we'll just try informal. You know I'll help in any way, as I'm sure Joanne and Kathryn will.
All of you "Rams" take care of yourselves - I want to see you at our next Reunion.
Much love +Pam

Hey Brenda & Paul,
Thanks so much for all you did to get all of us together.
We had members from both coasts & alot I hadn't seen since I left B.G. the last time . I wish we would have had more time, I only got to talk to a fraction of the great folks we know from B.G. I only hope we can do it again. Mike Lagarde 68'

Well the time has come for Rudy Hooks and myself to head out on our motorcycle journey of a life time. Traveling 13 days on our Harley's, trip is gaged at around 3600 miles of fun and laughs. We figured that this may be the only time we can do this and not to pass it up. Rudy has been one of my best friends for forty four years. We all need to stop and smell the roses in our lives, they are over so quickly. Wish us well on this journey and all of you take care, be safe, call your best friends and tell them your thinking of them and that you love them. Works for me. Alan (67)
