Wow, what a shock. I kept waiting for her to contact me about the reunion--she had such a good time at the last one. Tina & I brought back a First Place in Display from the DECA convention in Tacoma our senior year. I was lucky enough to spend one day with her in 2004 at a Renaissance Faire in Oso where she showed her horse.
She loved vintage items, her children and grandchildren and leading a pioneer-type life on her property. I will miss her.
I was just looking over the Class Reunion web site and was shocked when I seen Tina's "in memory" note....She and I attended our 5th year Class Reunion together w/ our combined 7 children in tow...we drove from Southern California to Bellevue...a trip we would never forget! Too, when Don and I were married, Tina made a ceramic wedding plate, w/ our names, wedding date and hands held together...to this date, it still hangs on our bedroom wall. I was so looking forward to hearing from her; bringing current our families, and the many memories and adventures of our lives...I was so sorry to learn of her passing...I will retain the presious memories of our lives @ Sammash High School..and the years we kept in touch following graduation. Although we lost touch over the years, the memoriaes shared are still remembered w/ great joy and fondness.
