I adored Jeff. What a funny guy! I was attending Chico along with Jeff, and was so heartbroken (and angry) over the accident ... and at losing Jeff in such a senseless way. He was a wonderful person, and I loved his free spirit.
Jeff was a great guy. So funny and entertaining. So sad that he died in a stupid college frat initiation . Hope the ones who put him up to it, rot in hell. God bless Jeff,,,, miss him
Oh, I was so in love with Jeff in the 6th grade...between him and Michael Peterson. Jeff was bold and strong. He loved his Mom and sister and placed them first at such as young age. I hope the Lord holds him close. Vanessa
The memory of Jeff trying to teach me the basics on how to swim popped into my head the other night. It shook me up a bit, because it had been so many years since I had thought about those old times, but I remember Jeff being a really cool kid. In retrospect, I feel lucky to have been his neighbor; though I was a few years younger, Jeff always treated me as a friend.
