Just trying to start some conversation here. As we approach our 40s (Meylor, are you the oldest in our class?), let's see...what were your initial goals for this era? I mean, when you were a kid, what did you think you would be doing by age 40?
For me, it was: Become a writer, get married, and have 6 kids. I'm fairly close to that--I do write (still trying to get published; I started a business helping people write personal histories or whatever they want & turning them into audio-books); I am married, and I have 5 kids. I have a ways to go, but getting there! (but I think we're done in the kid department) ;
Hey Brad, sorry I haven't checked on this forum in quite a long time. The last address I had for DL and EL was from 2 years ago, but I think it's probably still the same.
Darlene's husband Jack (Thompson) contacted me on October 24, 2010. It's hard for me to believe that it's been 11 years since her passing! I think about her often. Anyway, Jack has since remarried; he and Rosa have two beautiful daughters Olivia (7) and Hannah (5). They reside in Brasilia, Brazil!
