I "enjoyed" a 9th term at Beloit, worked for Les Aspin's campaign for Congress, went to law school [Drake U in Des Moines, IA], joined the Iowa Attorney General's office-Civil Rights Division and left in 12/83 to enter private practice as a solo. I focused on civil rights and discrimination in employment as well as related areas. I started to take, show and sell photographs and in 2015 with other women opened an art gallery, Artisan Gallery 218, in W. Des Moines, IA. I retired as an attorney at the end of 2018 and am still engaged in photography and the gallery. https://gallery.journeyzing.com
