Michael was born on March 4, 1960 in San Francisco, California to Richard John and Jacquelin Sue (Sears) Bulin. He is survived by his beloved daughter, Jennifer Bulin; his sister, Kathi Oswald; his mother, Jacquelin (Gene) Scheib; and his father, Richard (Gretchen) Bulin. Private family services will be held.
