GAYLE JEAN GREEN (née Chotkevys) passed away on Dec. 14, 2013. She was born on Feb. 12, 1960 to Audrey and Jack Chotkevys in Fairview, OH. She graduated from Berea High School in Berea, OH in 1978 and had a long, successful career as a Cosmetologist. She was much beloved by many and will be missed. Gayle was preceded in death by her parents and by her older brother, Greg Chotkevys. Gayle is survived by her daughter Jessica Green; son-in-law James Borden and granddaughters Charlie and Chandler who gave her much joy. She is also survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Gary and Jill Chotkevys; boyfriend, Marty Keel; best friends, Barb Sielaff and Kelli Armstrong; sister-in-law Barb Hill; nephew Matthew Chotkevys; the Conway and Chotkevys families throughout the states and many other relatives and friends.
