He was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served on the USS Eisenhower; as well as a member of VFW Post 3345. After retiring from the Navy, Frank spent 30 years working as a mechanical engineer.

He leaves behind the love of his life, Kathleen (nee Dus); son, Joseph (Nicole); daughter, Jennifer; four grandchildren, Emma, Charlotte, Lincoln, and Theodore; siblings, Karen (Bud) Baer, and Tom (Connie) Moses; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Moses and Shirley Stone Moses; and sister, Laurie Moses Kunigel.

A celebration of life will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, April 22, 2023, at North Royalton Christian Church (5100 Royalton Road, North Royalton OH 44133). Visitation will be held from 3 to 4 p.m prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Frank’s honor to Alcoholics Anonymous.
