As Carol's former High School boyfriend I can inform BHS '78 that she passed away in the duplex in Cleve she shared with her sister Mary. According to Mary (who passed away while residing in Newport Bch, CA late '09 due to ongoing health issues) Carol was dealing with depression at the time. After my initial stint in the Corps and while attending Akron U (81-83) we dated on and off. The time Carol and I spent together (partying; fussing and fueding...then making up; going to concerts; the prom; more partying) will remain the fondest memories of my BHS years.
