I am a voice actor, and work from a home studio in Lexington, KY. I do about 300 radio and TV commercials each month in cities around the country (and some foreign countries as well) I also do large e-learning courses for corporations who want to train their employees or students without sending them somewhere physically. Pretty much, anything where you hear a recorded voice is something I could potentially do. Audiobooks, in store announcements, on hold messages, auto attendant, and those annoying calls you get during dinner telling you about sales and stuff. :)

Before this, I was a television news reporter/anchor/producer/videographer for 10 years. I worked on CNN World Report through and Armenian relief agency in Armenia in 1993, then went to Evansville, Indiana to be the weekend anchor/reporter, and ended up in Lexington, KY before starting my voiceover company.

I have to say the funniest thing that happened to me at school was while I was hosting our live show, Tube Talk, for BPS Channel 21 though Cable Club. I was interviewing a couple from MUFON, the Mutual U.F.O. Network...and the woman started crying as she recalled giving birth to an alien baby on a space ship. At like 16 years old, I really had no idea how to handle this, so I just awkwardly handed her a tissue...gotta love live TV!
