Jackie Jackson was a great husband to Loretta and a wonderful Daddy to Heather. He battled cancer for years, trying every new treatment that came along, just to hang on as long as he could for his sweet family. I am sorry that he missed being here for Heather's wedding and the birth of his first grandbaby. The Bible says that we are surrounded by a great crowd of witnesses cheering us on as we finish our race here on earth. I choose to believe that there are occasions when the Lord parts the veil and allows our loved ones to share in the rejoicing with us in times like these. Way to go, Jackie...you finished your race with grace and courage! We miss you!
