I first met Gordon in the 9th grade. I got to know him better while we were both sitting on the bench as members of the basketball team. I knew him all through our high school years as both a fellow student and athlete. I always considered him to be a friend, and a high quality guy.  I never saw him after our graduation, but judging the photos I saw on his obituary site he lived a very good and happy life! He was a good man that I feel lucky to have crossed paths with. I hope your next journey is a good one. Bye my friend!

I am very sorry to hear about Gordon's passing. We were on the baseball team at BHS. He was a friend and great person! After HS, we both attended Lamar University. I had a car and many times  Gordon would ride to Beaumont with me and my girlfriend Margaret to/from Lamar! I am glad to hear Gordon was an avid golfer.....I am also. Next time we see each other Gordon.... let's play 18!! Until then my friend....
