Funeral services for David Wayne Ercanbrack, 48, of Lake Jackson, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, July 9, 1999, at Lakewood Funeral Chapel with Brother Ken Murray officiating.  Internment will follow in Restwood Memorial Park. Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Thursday and Friday, 9:00 a.m. to service time at Lakewood Chapel.

He passed away Tuesday, July 6, 1999, at Columbia Clear Lake Hospital, Harris County, Texas.  Mr. Ercanbrack was born August 31, 1950 in Galveston and was a lifelong area resident of Brazoria County.  He graduated from Brazosport High School in 1969, retired from Dow in 1998 after 25 years of service and was a member of Local 564.

Survivors include his children, Jason Wayne Ercanbrack, Della Mae Ercanbrack and Eldon Bailey Ercanbrack, all of Lake Jackson; parent, Eugene and Mary Ercanbrack of Lake Jackson; brother, Charles Eugene Ercanbrack of Wild Peach; aunts, Margaret Smith of Bryan and Grace Ercanbrack of Houston; and uncles, Julias Cheatham of Bastrop and E. I. Cheatham of Cameron. 

Pallbearers will be Jason Wayne Ercanbrack, Eldon Bailey Ercanbrack, Kirk Baker, Charlie Singletary, Mark Westmoreland, Donnie Ercanbrack, Edward Ercanbrack and Jeramy L. Nutt.
