Glenn Pool, 71, of Lindale, Texas, passed away on January 30, 2023, in Lindale. He was born on February 3, 1951, in Lake Jackson, Texas, to the late Clarence Pool and Flo (Wilson) Bobo. Funeral service will be held at Caudle-Rutledge-Daugherty Funeral Home, on Sunday, February 5, 2023, at 2 p.m. Glenn, formerly of Longview, was a longtime resident of Lindale. He was self-employed as a master craftsman Jeweler and a member of the Lindale Chamber of Commerce. Glenn was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence Pool, and Flo (Wilson) Bobo; and son, Corey Pool. He is survived by his wife, Deborah Pool of Lindale; 4 sons, Christopher Pool of Longview, Texas, Matthew and wife, Malicia Pool of Winnsboro, Texas, Donnie Pool of Kilgore, Texas, Ryan Pool and his fiancé, Jacqueline Fetterhoff of Fayetteville, Arkansas; 3 stepdaughters, Dixie and husband, Bobby Hester of Tyler, Texas, Dianna and husband, Neil Dumas of Jacksonville, Texas, Cheryl and husband, Patrick Hendrix of Troup, Texas; 7 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Glenn’s family wishes to send a special thank you to the staff at Hospice of East Texas for their care and compassion. The family will receive friends prior to the funeral service at 1 p.m., Sunday, February 5, 2023. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of East Texas or St. Jude Hospital.
