My husband and I came to know Robert as a neighbor on Sage Street in Lake Jackson. He was a good man, a good father, a good citizen, and a good neighbor. He was very active in the LJ Fire Department and spent much of his life in service to others. "Greater love hath no man but that he lay down his life for his friends..."
