Deby Hall Rake, Kelly's wife, reported that he passed away on October 15, 2019 at the St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa. She explained that he had gone to the ER becasue his blood pressure was very low. While they tried to raise his blood pressure, he went into cardiac arresst.
There will be no funeral service. Please, keep Deby and the family in your thoughts and prayers.

I didn't have any classes with Kelly, but I remember seeing him around school quite a lot. He seemed to make friends easily. Everybody spoke well of Kelly. A reminder to be grateful for the good things in life. Savor every friendship. My condolences to Deby and all his other family.
