After graduating from BCHS, I moved to Utah, received a university education and co-founded a major architectural firm, CRSA, serving for several years as its president. I specialize in historic building restoration but also design a variety of new building types. My projects have received more 100 awards for their design excellence. As an author, I have written a dozen books including a best-seller/Pulitzer Prize nominee. I have an art degree and enjoy drawing and painting in oils. I've been in various musical groups as a singer/guitar player and as a volunteer, have served on the boards of directors of more than 30 foundations and arts, humanities, preservation and service organizations. I'm single now and still enjoying the good life.
