ROBERT CUNNINGHAM Obituary

CUNNINGHAM, Robert P. "Bob" "Casper" Age 89, retired Teacher and Pharmacist, on Tuesday, October 10. Beloved son of the late Gerard and Mary Cunningham. Lifelong Medford resident. Graduate of Medford High (class of 1951) and Mass. College of Pharmacy (1955), Master's degree from Tufts U. (1956), WPI (1962) and U. of Notre Dame (1973). Served in the U.S. Navy and Reserves as a Pharmacy Instructor at the San Diego Naval Hospital School of Pharmacy and worked as a Pharmacist at Central and Kay Pharmacies in Medford. Taught at Malden High (10 years) and Brookline High (41 years). A season ticket holder for the Bruins and the Patriots, he took many trips to their away games as well as to South Bend for Notre Dame football games. Member of the Irish American Association in Malden and the American Federation of Teachers. Preceded in death by his cherished brothers, Gerry and Phil; nephew, Gerard Cunningham, Ill.
