Kaye Foley Age 69, of Plymouth, passed away at home suddenly, but peacefully on February 6th. Survived by her twin children, daughter Sharma Foley (Adam) Affeldt and son Doug (Melanie) Foley; grandchildren Alexis, Reid and Hallie; and ex-husband and father of her children Stephen Richard Foley. Preceded in death by parents George Warren Parker and Florence Quintal Parker and loving companion, Ernie Engel. A graduate with bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing from Montana State University, Kaye taught college-level nursing courses and was ever dedicated to her patients, her nursing staff and colleagues, her many friends (the "cabin girls," the "birthday girls," and the "boat girls"), and her family. She made Minnesota her permanent home in 1971 and was a 36-year employee of North Memorial Medical Center, retiring as Vice President of Patient Care Services. She was an active member of the nursing and nursing leadership communities and served on many boards, including the Women's Health Leadership Trust and MOLN (Minnesota Organization of Leaders in Nursing), and was the chair of St. Therese Home Board of Directors. Services 7 PM Friday, February 10 at Gearty-Delmore Plymouth Chapel, 15800 37th Ave N. @ Vicksburg Lane. Visitation from 5-7 PM. Private interment St. Patrick's Cemetery, Maple Grove. Mary Kaye was a wonderful classmate at Sherman Elementary, East Jr. High and Butte High.  Our prayers and sympathy to her family.
