After graduation, worked for Bryan Nephrology, then outages at Alcoa until Mary told me about a job at the State Aircraft Pooling Board. I worked in Austin for awhile and then decided to get married and settle back in Caldwell. After that, I started working back in Bryan for Coca-Cola, then Texas Commerical Waste and finally Con-way. I have been working for Con-way since October of 1995 (3 mos. after Coy our first son was born) and I'm still driving a truck for the company and mostly spending alot of time with the boys and my wife. The boys stay busy showing goats and lambs for 4-H and they are travelling around the state on a show circuit. We talk alot about goats and sheep and enjoy meeting people on the circuit and keeping the boys involved in 4-H and maybe later FFA.

I recall the story about John Taylor's boxing match. In fact, I've shared that one with my boys before and they always laugh when I tell it.
