In March 1990, I married Randy Schoppe and we had our son, Randall, Oct. 20, 1990. I decided to stay home with Randall for a couple of years to have that special time that every mother wants with her new baby. In 1992, I went to work at St. Joseph Hospital where I was promoted to Dietary Supervisor for 8 years until I transfered to Bryan St. Joseph to work in the Radiology Dept as a secretary for the Radiologists, for another 4 years. In 2000, Randy and I decided to go our seperate ways but yet still remain very good friends. I remarried in 2001 to Raymond Darden from Shreveport, Louisiana. We lived in Caldwell until Raymond was transfered with his job to Livingston in June 2004 and so I quit my job at the hospital to move to Livingston. I found out that I was pregnant in July 2004, so I did not go back to work. In March 2005, Raymond was killed in a hunting accident so I moved back to Caldwell, where I had our precious son, Raymond April 2, 3 Weeks later. Ray wanted to name our son Deuly Lange Darden but after his death, I decided to name him after his dad, Raymond Paul Darden,Jr.. So his nick name is Deuly. In Sept. 2006, I met the true love of my life, Robert Lawhon. We met at the Kolache Festival where his band was playing. We are now engaged but have not yet set a date. We live in Rockdale at his home, where he grew up. The boys and I have been truly blessed. I cannot remember when I have been happier. I currently work at C C Creations in Bryan under contract. I help organize the tent sales that they give during the A&M football season.
