 2015 CARBON HIGH SCHOOL REUNION

Circle the dates July 10 and 11 in red on your calendar and plan to attend the Carbon High School all-class reunion.  For the first time in several years, the event will span two days instead of one.

SCHEDULE DAY ONE, JULY 10:

10:00 a.m.            Registration at School Building

12:00 Noon           Lunch

2:00-4:00 p.m.      Class Meetings

5:00 p.m.               Recess for the day

SCHEDULE DAY TWO, JULY 11:

9:00 a.m.               Registration at  School Building

10:30 a.m.             Program and Business Meeting

12:00 Noon           Barbecue Lunch

1:00-3:00 p.m.       Visitation

CARBON COMMUNITY CENTER:  Open all day Friday, July 10 and until 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 11.  This was formerly the Methodist Church and it houses all of the school's trophy cases and memorabilia.

PLEASE NOTE: There are no plans to serve lunch or dinner on Friday at the school building.  Attendees are invited to bring a picnic or snacks to the building or take advantage of several restaurants in the area. 

CLASS MEETINGS:   Classes will be assigned specific rooms for class meetings and that information will be available at registration.

GOLDEN EXES':  The Class of 1965 will be inducted  into the Golden Exes' group Saturday morning.

BARBECUE LUNCH SATURDAY:  The menu for lunch Saturday is brisket, sausage, potato salad, beans, cole slaw, rolls, condiments and dessert for the price of $11.00.

DRESS CODE:  Very casual.  Don't forget -- it is July in Texas so wear something cool and comfortable in the school colors of blue and white.

CONTRIBUTIONS  to help defray the cost of this and future reunions are necessary.  There are two ways in which you may donate.  (1)  When you send money for the meal, you may also send extra to help cover expenses.  (2)  There will be boxes on the registration tables in which yoyu may place a donation.  THAN YOU in advance to all of you who help with these expenses.
