Willie Lee "Billie" Thurmon Garrison Hamner, 92, passed away Thursday, October 21, 2004 in Fort Worth.  Billie Thurmon was born September 5, 1912 in Carbon.  She was an expert seamstress for Neiman-Marcus and a librarian in Ranger.  She was marrked to William Seaman Garrison and they had two children, Elizabeth (Beth) and Dick.  She was later married to Glenn Hamner who operated a tire shop in Ranger.

Billie was preceded in death by her son, Dick T. Garrison.

Survivors:  Daughter, Bety Berry and husband, Ed of California; daughter-in-law, Sandra Garrison; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Burial:  Greenwood Memorial Park and Mausoleum, Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas.
