Betty K. Durham, 67, died Monday, July 1, 2002, at Hendricks Medical Center in Abilene.  Graveside services were held at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 3, 2002, at Eastland Cemetery.

She was born on December 7, 1934 at Carbon, Texas,  to George W. and Willie (Taylor) Rhyne.  She grew up and went to school at Carbon and moved to Eastland in the late 1950's.  She married Wayne Durham in 1964.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Pamela K. Curb, in 1982.

Survivors include a daughter, Betty Kendriks of Round Rock and two sons, Larry Garrett and Leonard Garrett both of Eastland.
