Mrs. Meglasson was born May 11, 1923 in Westbrook, Texas to Charles Augustus (Snellgrove) Harlow.  She graduated Valedictorian from Carbon High School in 1941. She went to work as a telephone operator for Southwestern Bell Telephone in 1943.  She moved to Dallas in 1972 when she was promoted to a manager for AT&T, retiring after a 41 year career.  She was a Baptist.

Survivors include a son, Craig Meglasson and his wife Dolly, of San Antonio, a daughter Cheri Loughridge and her husband, Tom of Sugar Land; a half-brother, Byron Harlow of Decatur; two sisters, Charley Faye Archer of Avilene, and Mary Lee Jones and her husband, Robert of Sunrise Beach,a d a half-sister Johnnie Pearl Ward of Ri reside, Cali,Formica; two grandchildren, Jeremy Meglasson and Joshua Loughridge; several nieces and nephews.
