What have you been doing for the last 25 years?

I went to Ferris State University for my Child Development degree, Saginaw Valley State University for my Elementary Teaching certificate, and Madonna University for my ZA (Early Childhood) endorsement. In 2001, I graduated from the Michigan Montessori Teacher Education Center having earned my Montessori Early Childhood Teaching Certificate. I taught preschool and kindergarten for six years before deciding to stay home with my girls. That is when I became a child care provider in my home.

I married Tony in 1996. We have three beautiful daughters who keep us busy with dance, gymnastics and swim.

We have lived all around the Metro Detroit area including Novi, Walled Lake and Waterford. We now live in Hartland and love it!

What's one thing you would change if you could go back to CHS?

I regret being so shy. Life is too short to worry about what others think!
