Thank you so much Sue!  I really enjoyed seeing all my classmates!  Everyone looks great!  Sure wish I could have come!  Hopefully the next time we get together, my medical issues will resolve enough for my doctors to say yes I can come!   Sue.....you have created a version of our 71' yearbook we never got!  Thank you <).  :)

Today we lost not only another clownster, but a very dear, close friend.  Rich Frank passed away yesterday afternoon after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.  Our prayers go out today for his family.  His wife of 47 years, Terry, along with his 2 daughters Stephanie and Stacie, thier spouses and his 4 grandchildren fought alongside  him with love, dignity and grace.  We were all kept up to date with Rich's condition throughout his entire journey by his daughters and we will be forever grateful.  For those that knew Rich, you know what a great man, husband, father and grandfather he was..

It is ok to cry today - I know I am.  Try to remember what a special guy he was.  So, today - hold your loved ones and tell them that you love them.  Cherish every day that you have them by your side.

So very sad to read this.  I've known Rich a long time.  We used to play together at Thyfaults when we were kids and went all through school together.  Thank you Craig for passing on the information I know that had to be hard for you and I agree hold you loved ones tight and live every day to the fullest.  RIP Rich

Craig Lauer - has there been any services scheduled for Rich Frank? Haven't seen anything in the local papers. Rich and I knew each other since grade school.

Morning Carolyn and Mark. No Pee wee is still the administrator for the site. Rich was just a very close friend. Steve did repost the message. There will be a celebration of life January 15. I will keep everyone posted. Merry Christmas

A very Merry Christmas to you and your families. Sue, wish I could stop in for a Christmas visit with you and Don. I’ll have some hot chocolate, and some Christmas cookies, with lots of icing!

Happy New here class of 71! I just went on a few minutes ago to check on Karen Edwards Birthday messages and saw that the original link to the October class of 71 reunion had expired so I am going to go ahead and re-post it...   feel free to download any pictures that you would like. This is the entire file… If anyone wants to coach me through how to put it up here permanently I'd greatly appreciate it. You can paste pictures that you wish on the wall or share with friends that may not have been able to make it to the reunion. I hope your new year 2022 is starting out well! We have enjoyed two snowfalls already. The first was on January 2 and delivered quite a beautiful  setting for us. And today we have a lesser beautiful storm that started out as rain than/then ice under about a half inch or inch of snow so it will be a little harder to get out of but it should warm up by Sunday I believe. Don was actually able to get it and golf ⛳️ yesterday with some beautiful weather & temperatures of 57 & sunny. We both wish you all a happy new year , good health, and good time with friends. I miss all of you already. Maybe we should make this an annual gathering for anybody that can make it… Even if it's just for pizza around a fire pit. Sure was a fun one. Blessings to all,

Sue Schurke Stewart

Sun setting in Encinitas, California.

We enjoy the wonders and beauty of nature. I liked Carolyn’s picture of the sunset. Whenever I go to the SRF retreat in Encinitas I always watch the Sun set on the Pacific.

Nothing is a “miracle” except in the profound sense that everything is a miracle. If we all could walk on water we wouldn’t see anything “miraculous” about it.

You are welcome, Joe. I also hope you and Mike Varrin can be identified on the small group photo of 50th reunion attendees. Everyone else was labeled and not the two happiest, coolest looking people there. Just expressing my personal opinion. Ha ha. I saw you guys have the same birthday!!

Carolyn -

Nice message...you just made my day!

And we did miss you at the reunion. Perhaps next time.

Hope you're doing well. You look great, BTW!

Michel,
Thank you so much for the compliment! Life is truly wonderful right now and I wish the same for you. You and your wife look so happy together in the pictures. The reunion would have been great to see you and Joe. I have many happy memories of us being in classes together.

Hello everyone... I'm sorry about the issues folks are having with the link to the reunion pictures that I had taken. I tried to create a new link and it really messed up my phone last night. It was completely frozen. I will try to do from my lap top if I can figure it out. The link was posted twice but it expires after 2 mos. I'm sorry that you weren't able to view and save from the original links. I'm not the greatest at doing transfers of this size. There are 186 photos in my file. Wish me luck 🍀
