William Zachary Whaley, passed away, in his home Sunday, April 11, 2004. Zac was loved by so many. He is survived by his mother, Tamera Blair of Las Vegas; brothers, Jason Whaley of Cedar City, Utah, Mathew Whaley and Nicholas Blair, both of Las Vegas; and sisters, Tina Randall, Tara Whaley, both of Las Vegas, Katherine Whaley and Nicole Whaley, both of Cedar City, Utah.
