Judy A. Pence, 67, of Iowa City died Thursday, September 8th 2016 at UIHC.

Judy was born August 12, 1949 in Iowa City, the daughter of Roger Dean and Elaine (Reihle) Semotan. She was a 1967 graduate of Washington High School in Cedar Rapids. Judy was a longtime resident of the St. Louis area returning to Iowa City in early August.
