I've had plenty of work and am still working... It's in my blood. lol Outside of work and parenting, I've learned to blow glass, hike, ride horses- hunter jumper, raised alpacas and traveled.

Goodness.... the various interactions with specific classmates. Running from one end of campus ( chorus) to the opposite (math) and rarely getting seated in time.

Initially France and England listening to my daughter sing in various chapels. River cruise through Europe with my father and sisters on the Rhine. South Africa where I helped capture rhinos, wildebeest, leopards for re-location as well as spent time in a village spay/neutering their pets.. Australia for fun . Antarctica kayaking among the icebergs learning about penguins, seals. Gorilla trekking in Rwanda and Uganda.Experienced the mass migration of zebras etc in Tanzania. Galapagos Islands, Switzerland. there will be more to come.

I can't say I have a favorite place.They all have their unique charm and allure.
