I live in Herdon, Va., close to the Dulles Airport and enjoy my work as a manufacturers representative. I also operate a small machine shop that specializes in tool & die work and refurbishing & re-manufacturing of old, out of production parts & assemblies (if I could only work the same magic on my body). I have a wonderful wife, children & grandchildren. My brother & sister still live in Batesville, Va. (close to Crozet). Mom & Dad have passed away, so my trips back to the area is not as frequent as they were a couple of years ago.

For some of you who lived in the Greenwood, Crozet & Ivy areas you had the pleasure (or horror) of having me drive you to school. I drove a bus for the county beginning mid way in the 10th grade and continued through graduation (bus #33 & 35). Kind of scary isn't it. What great times those were. Getting out of Mrs. Fantino's 6th period class early to stage the bus was a trip. She frequently forgot what my mission was and would tell me to sit back down when I would get up to leave the class early. To this day I don't know if it was forgetfulness or if she was just pulling my chain.

7/14/28 -- Life is good. Several years ago we built a vacation house called Pineapple Point at Lake Anna (Mineral VA.) It's serves as both a rental house during the summer weeks and still gives us most of the year for our enjoyment. Ashley our youngest daughter has become quite good at wake surfing. The grandkids enjoy being pulled on the tube and jet-skiing.
