After graduating, I worked at UVA for about 6 months on Barringer 1, married a UVA Law School graduate and then moved to the West Coast (San Francisco area). I worked in various hospitals, ended up in ICU inn Walnut Creek California. In the 80's I went back to school (UCSF) and got a masters degree in neuroscience nursing. After working Post Anesthesia Care in Walnut Creek for many years and after going through a divorce, I remarried and Morton and I moved to New Jersey. I worked for Johnson and Johnson in drug development for about 5 years and my husband and I moved to Tennessee which was home for him. I am still working part time in PACU at the VA in Mt Home Tennessee which is part/next to Johnson City, Tennessee.
