Marcella (Marty) Kissinger (Fahm) (1971)

Van its been a long time since, we found out you had cancer. I came home as soon as mom called me. I was in the kitchen when you walked in, took one look at me and and pulled off your ball cap, and said I bet you can remember when I used to look like this. Look Marty no hair! You were always funny but, your sisters and I could have rung your neck a lot of the time. I remember telling you plenty of times I was not your sister so you couldn't treat me the way you treated them, but truth was I liked having you around.People were always asking if you were my brother and when we showed up together for graduation that was proof to some we had to be brother and sister. You were stronger than any of us and how I managed not to cry when we talk about the cancer and death, I'll never know. The last time I saw you, we both knew we would never see each other again and you ask me for a hug. When you hugged me I started to cry and you said you could handle any bodys tears but mine. We said our good byes and I cryed all the way back to Knoxville. You left an empty place in my heart, their will never be anyone like you, I hope there are sail boats in heaven. I'll alway miss your fun loving ways. Your Life was cut short to soon.
