Rick was my neighbor on Signal Mountain and a really sweet guy. I remember going past his house on walks, and the visits we would have. Sometimes we would carpool together to City. I had moved away the year before he died, but remember how shocked and sad I was when I heard of his death. He was so young. What a loss of such a special person.
