I did not know Eddie until 8 or 9 years after I graduated from City in 1967, even though Eddie graduated from City in 1966. But I knew him years later as I used to attend a Catholic Singles Club where I would met some girls including my wife , even though ,neither myself or my later to be wife were catholic . Eddie was quiet and good natured person with a funny personality , and liked by all .I helped him get a job as an insurance adjuster at the small firm that I worked for while I was taking the bar exam to become an attorney . He later got his masters degree and became a Catholic Preist and served many years at various Catholic Churches in Alabama and passed away while serving his church in Mobile , Alabama . He helped a lot of people and was truly a good , solid , and wonderful person . May God bless him !
