Reda Mae's journey began as the cherished daughter of her parents in Newport, where she grew up alongside her siblings, creating memories that would last a lifetime. Her sister Freda Mills preceded her in death, but her loving spirit is carried on through her surviving siblings, Cathy Ballinger, Darlene Hunter, and Louis Ballinger
