George Terry Eidson (1966)
Glenn and I grew up in the same neighborhood and attended the same schools. I had a lot of respect for him. He said he was going to be a physician but we lost contact after high school. He will be missed.
Roger Michael Barbree (1966)
I only knew Glen casually in school. It was easy to sense the he would excel at whatever he desired, as he did! We hung out some in the Armory during ROTC. Did you know he had a great sense of humor? Good guy and Man!
Thank you for your Service Glen!
Thank you for your Service to Humanity!
William Hudson Hofmeister (1966)
Such a loss to us all. I met Glenn as a fearsome middle linebacker in Jr. High. He destroyed Northside Jr. High and dropped Jerry Harris more than a few times if I remember (forgive me if I'm wrong). I'm sure he was great at chatching newborns. Glenn was dependable and true blue. He was an apt foil for Russell Cherry (those memories make me chuckle) - I'm glad to see they kept in touch. Peace.
Russell Lee Cherry (1966)
Glenn and I were friends from the time we met at the first band class at East Side Jr. High in 1960 until the time his wife contacted us a few days ago in 2025 about his passing. He was a fantastic OB/GYN doctor in both Florida and Texas, delivering thousands of babies. His last years were affected by dementia, which is sad, but my memories of him are all positive.
