Survived By: Wife: Sheila Shipley, three sons: Aaron, Travis and one other. Several grandchildren. Sister: Pamela Diane Shipley Melton. Many friends.

Jimmy served in the US Navy as an electrician. Stationed on a destroyer in Roanoke, VA in 67-68. Married Sheila Carpenter. Jimmy worked for DuPont for many years. He was baptisted at Red Bank Baptist Church. Good father and honest man.
