To all the commitee that put together the reunion, Norine, Mary Adele, Ann, Michael, Dan, I just want to send a huge thank you for such the exceptional job !! I am home in Colorado and want you all to know we had an extremely fabulous time !! I am being very reflective and sort of meloncholy at this point, didn't know how much I miss all of you and the classmates I got to see, and how much I miss the old "hood" ! The whole experience was perfect and a big thanks to Ann for a superb brunch on Sunday...we boarded the plane with wonderfully full tummys ! To Sr. Mona and all my classmates who were there I want you all to know how precious you all are to me :o) and I will keep the memories of this weekend and all of you very close to my heart !

It was wonderful to see everyone and listen to all of those stories! I thought I had a "lock" on all things Edgebrook/St. Mary of the Woods from 1956 to 1960, but I completely forgot about Kevin Lizzo lighting up in Fr. Sommerville's religion class. In fact, I am still a little sketchy on the details.

Anyone out there willing to "come clean" with the whole story such as who put him up to it and what happened when he got kicked out of class?

It is hard to believe that our 50th is now a memory and what a memory it is.  Thanks to all of you who made the effort driving and flying miles to join our wonderful classmates.  Again another thanks to Sr. Mona for driving in and spending the weekend with us and bunking at the Plunkett's.  We had 21 classmates including both Friday and Saturday nights.  Consisdering that 5 are deceased, 5 we could not locate and few who were not interested, we had a great turn out.  Kudos to us!!!

I had a plaintive feeling on Monday(was too tired on Sunday) thinking of our classmates, Edgebrook and all that we shared as friends in grade school.  Sharing our stories, laughing with each other and just generally catching up was such a boost for all of us.  I know that some of us will get together and keep that glow going.  Let's do it again for our 60th!!! Keep in touch.

I'm definitely in for the 60th...if I'm still around ! And I am sure gonna try and keep the glow goin till then Mary Adele. Maybe at 55 years we could do some sort of dinner at Monesteros and whoever can come should be there ? It doesn't have to be a formal thing just an "If you can come" sort of thing. If we could do it in the fall, maybe in Sept., folks could combine it with a trip back to see the fall colors. Just a thought...as you can see I am really missin y'all ! Don't want to wait till 2020 !! :o)

Dear Class of 1960,
You can imagine my surprise and gratitude when I received a donation from your class by way of Mary Adele, for our new infirmary. When I am residig there I will remember with joy and I will be sure that my room is the one your donation helped fund.
Your reunion was a gala event. You were all so supportive and fun (though I am SURE I didn't hit anyone with a ruler!!!) All was well planned and executed with finess. I was so happpy to be included and the Plunketts were graciousness personified. Evderything was great!
Sr. Lois Ann is home from the hospital and I showed her the picture and told her about it. She remembered who you were when I showed her the piicture and named you. She was happy to see it. I told her that several of you asked about her. Sr. Cecile enjoyed the violin picture but noticed that not all the fingers were in the right position. I laughed at that and thought it was so typical of her (a music teacher to the end). Sr. Michaela is here this week so I will get the picture to her also. She will enjoy it. I am spreading the good news of your reunion! God bless you all.
Love you, Sr. Mona
