Drafted into the US Army in 1967. Did basic training at Fort Leonard, MO.. Did AIT at Fort Gordon, GA.. Served one plus years in Vicenza Italy where my oldest daughter was born. Started work at Electro-Motive Div of GMC in June, 1969. Retired 1999. Then went to work for BP for three years. Did a short contract with Alstom Transportation in 2005. Then, I did a one year gig for CNH out of Burr Ridge, IL. Now, I am fully retired
