Connie Scimeca Hofherr

Attended Mundelein College and got married in 1966, and started our family .When the kids started school, I became active in the school and was PTA president at the grammar school and jr. high school for 11 years. I started selling Real Estate part time in 1976 and eventually became the manager of the office of 55 agents. I retired from management 2 years ago, but am still very active selling Real Estate. My family loves to travel and my husband and I have been on over 30 cruises We also have been in 2 gourmet clubs for over 30 years.

When I attended St. Scholastica I had to take the bus for the first 2 years until my cousin Connie got a car and drove us to school, but I hated wearing those saddle shoes, so I wore loafers on the bus to school and changed into those saddle shoes which I kept in my locker. I remember if you rolled your skirt up too high you got charged I think a quarter a roll and if you had too much make up on or had your hair ratted to high the nuns would take you into the bathroom to fix you.
