Judy Ann (Richardson) Cousins, age 53, of 186 Locust Street, died May 4, 1996, in Adena Regional Medical Center.

She was born July 7, 1942 in Xenia, Ohio to Harry J. and Grace V. Stewart Richardson.

Surviving are her mother, Grace Richardson, of Chillicothe; sons Harry Anthony " Tony" Cousins and Oliver Wendell Cousins III; daughter Andrea Denise Cousins, all of Chillicothe; brother and sister-in-law, James H. and Virginia Richardson of Cincinnati; sisters and brother-in-law Bonnie Nixon , of Columbus and Kay and Perry Hall, of Chillicothe, three grandchildren, Jordan Michael, Anthony James and Summer Dawn Cousins; and several nieces and nephews, cousins and friends

Mrs Cousins was an employee of Mead Corporation, member of Local 731, U.P.U.I., Loyal Club and Esther Missionary Society of Zion Baptist Church. She was an avid sports fan.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, My 8, 1996 at Zion Baptist Church with Reverend J. Troy Gray officiating. Calling hours will be held Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the church. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Chillicothe under the direction of Haller Funeral Home.
