David  Allen Valentine,33, Route 1 , Stoutsville, a 1960 graduate of Chillicothe High School, died in a plane crash Sunday evening August 24, 1975 at Pickaway County Veterans Memoral Airport.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Taylor Funeral Home, Amanda, with Reverend Earl Bender officiating.

Calling hours will be at the funeral home after 7 p.m. today and after 3 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery,Stoutsville.

Survivors include his wife, the former Sue Hollis; a son Duane and two daughters, Tannis and Teri,at home, and his mother, Mary Clark Valentine. He was predeceased by his father, Forrest Valentine.

David was a member of Dresbach United Methodist Church and was a central office equipment installer for the General Telephone Company., Circleville..
